Re-Inspection Fee = The same amount you paid for the first inspection (re-inspection is not included in the first inspection fee) ( re-inspection is another inspection fee, we only charge you for the work we do. To fully inspect any and all repairs requested. I would recommend you obtain documentation for the repairs made. Fee may be less based on list inspector is requested to re-inspect.

Note: It is best for all power, water and gas to be on for all home inspections at least 24 hours prior to the home inspection to minimize limitations. Also consider moving cars or removing locks that might block the attic access. Keys to all locks should be provided.

Pools are not part of A Wise Inspector Service. Consult a qualified pool service. We do not inspect pools.

Security systems are not part of A Wise Home Inspector service. We do not inspect Security Systems.

Lawn Irrigation is not part of a standard home inspection. 8zones or less is 125.00 additional fee when requested.
